Dental Implants
Over 1000 Dental Implant Surgeries Per Year With Our Surgeon Dr. J. Paulauskas

Dental implants are a popular and effective way to replace missing teeth. Unlike other dental prosthetics, such as dentures or bridges, dental implants are a permanent solution that look, feel, and function like natural teeth.
The advantages of dental implants are many. First, they help to preserve the natural structure of your mouth and prevent bone loss, which can occur when teeth are missing. Dental implants also provide a stable and secure foundation for replacement teeth, which can be especially important for people who have difficulty speaking or eating with traditional dentures.
In addition to their practical benefits, dental implants also offer cosmetic advantages. The replacement tooth, or dental crown, is typically made from tooth-colored porcelain, which blends seamlessly with your natural teeth. This means that your dental implants not only function like real teeth, but they also look natural and aesthetically pleasing.
At Ashbourne Dental & Medical, we specialize in dental implant procedures that are tailored to your unique needs and preferences. Our experienced team uses the latest technology and techniques to ensure that your dental implants are a comfortable and successful solution for your missing teeth.

At Ashbourne Dental & Medical, our dental implant process is divided into three stages, each designed to ensure a successful and long-lasting outcome.
During the first consultation with our dental surgeon, we will perform a thorough examination and review the patient's panoramic X-ray to determine if dental implantation is a viable option. If it is, we will discuss the surgical procedures required, which may include removing bad or unnecessary teeth to make way for the implants. We will also provide the patient with detailed information on the implantation process and what to expect during each stage.
The second phase of the implantation process typically takes place 3-6 months after the initial consultation. During this stage, we will perform bone augmentation surgery if necessary and implant one, two, or more dental implants, depending on the patient's individual needs. The implantation process is carefully planned and executed to ensure that the implants are placed in the optimal position for stability, function, and aesthetics.
The third and final stage of the dental implant process takes place three months after the second stage. During this stage, we will take impressions of the implant area to create a custom dental crown that will blend seamlessly with the patient's natural teeth. Once the crown is created by our skilled laboratory technicians, it can be securely fitted onto the implant, completing the restoration process.
At Ashbourne Dental & Medical, we are committed to providing our patients with the highest level of care and expertise throughout the dental implant process. Our experienced team uses the latest techniques and technology to ensure that each implant is placed with precision and care, resulting in a healthy, beautiful smile that will last a lifetime.
