Oral surgery
Our dental surgeon, Dr Jurgis Paulauskas, performs routine and surgical tooth extractions, impacted wisdom tooth removal, root apex resection, bone grafting and sinus lifts — carefully, under local anaesthetic, with clear aftercare advice.
About the treatment
Sometimes a tooth cannot be saved, or a wisdom tooth does not have enough room to come through properly. Impacted wisdom teeth can cause pain, swelling, infection and damage to neighbouring teeth, and are a common reason for oral surgery.
Dr Jurgis Paulauskas is an experienced oral surgeon who also lectures at the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences. He performs routine extractions, impacted wisdom tooth removal, root apex resection (removing infection at the tip of a root) and frenectomies, as well as bone grafting and sinus lifts to prepare the jaw for dental implants.
Every procedure begins with a careful examination and X-ray, so you know exactly what to expect, how long recovery takes and what it will cost.
